Course Description

The “new normal” will force managers to revisit their best practices. Further, as more and more workers move into hybrid work modalities (“work-from-home”), empirical research suggest that more focus must be place on fostering the right attitudes and fostering employee self-determination and rather on monitoring behaviors. In this webinar, we will summarize several studies showing how to improve employee performance and satisfaction in hybrid “W–F–H” environments.

Learning outcomes:
  • Grasp the added value that positive management practices bring to managing the "new normal"
  • Understand the role of goal setting types and positive leadership behaviors as building blocks of positive management
