Course Description

The hybrid workplace is unchartered territory for many leaders and therefore requires a high degree of preparation, both logistically and psychologically. In this workshop, an expert in organizational psychology will walk participants through cutting edge research on key hybrid leader capabilities and recommendations for best practices in adopting hybrid work. Participants will leave with an understanding of the individual and organizational implications of adopting a hybrid model, helping them to better anticipate and address the unique demands presented by the future of work.

Learning outcomes:
  • Understand the current climate (around COVID-19, prolonged uncertainty, polarization, etc.) and how it relates to the transition to hybrid work
  • Learn tools and strategies for adopting a hybrid model to successfully navigate the transition to hybrid
  • Gain an understanding of crucial hybrid leader capabilities and how to develop as well as apply them when leading hybrid staff and teams

Involved with Work EvOHlution since its inception in 2014, April brings a specialized research background to her consultant experience that provides her with the unique ability to translate research into practical results and actionable solutions for organizations.
