Having a sense of belonging to an organisation, having good relationships at work and being treated fairly at work are important for wellbeing. The webinar will summarise research on workplace social environments and discuss activities to improve wellbeing through improving the social environments at work.

Kevin Daniels Ph.D. CPsychol FBPsS ​

Kevin Daniels is Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Employment Systems and Institutions Group, Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia, UK. He is also lead for the Work and Learning Programme of the UK’s What Works for Wellbeing Centre, which seeks give impartial advice on improving wellbeing society. Kevin is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and has been active in researching and consulting on wellbeing for nearly 30 years.
