Course Description
This presentation will discuss the findings from an Ontario study that sought to identify strategies for the successful return-to-work of injured workers who experience language barriers. Based on interviews with injured workers and key informants from various sectors, we describe challenges in the return-to-work process and propose recommendations to better navigate return-to-work in contexts of language barriers.
Who is this course for?
This program is designed for employers, leaders and managers that are looking to take a proactive approach in creating safe, healthy and inclusive workplaces for all.
