Course Description
As the pandemic continues to present unprecedented challenges in the workplace, it is important for employers to prioritize employee well-being. During this webinar our panelists will discuss social stigma in the workplace during COVID-19 and the negative impact it can have on employee well-being and performance. The aim of this webinar is to provide attendees with a better understanding of some of the factors that can cause employees to experience stigma in the workplace, how to recognize when an employee is suffering, and what both employers and co-workers can do to help reduce the risk it is occurring, particularly while working remotely.
