Recently completed, on-going, and future research directions associated with MBCT for chronic pain will be discussed.
You will learn:- The basic tenants of MBCT for chronic pain theory;
- An overview of the MBCT for chronic pain efficacy and mechanism evidence;
- The basics of how to administer a group-based MBCT intervention for people with chronic pain; and,
- How to use mindfulness as a self-care tool.
