How to Continue to Support Employees Who Return to Work after Recovering From Illness/Injury
This course looks to increase your confidence in your ability to manage employees who have taken leave from work for medical reasons and who are planning to return to work. In some cases, employees may not be able to return immediately to their regular job duties and may need some accommodation or modifications in their jobs.
