How to Continue to Support Employees Who Return to Work after Recovering From Illness/Injury

This course looks to increase your confidence in your ability to manage employees who have taken leave from work for medical reasons and who are planning to return to work. In some cases, employees may not be able to return immediately to their regular job duties and may need some accommodation or modifications in their jobs. Employers should strive to give support to employees who have found themselves sick or injured. This course will help make the process easier for everyone involved.
Audience:
This program is designed for leaders and managers that want to take a proactive approach to return to work programs within their organization and seek to create a supportive work environment for workers that are returning to the workplace post injury or illness.
