Priority talking points will include the types of workplace treatment reported by the participants; the emotional toll of workplace mistreatment; how employees respond to workplace mistreatment; and the intersection of individual, disability, and workplace environment in the treatment of employees with disabilities. We will conclude with a discussion of how disability service providers can partner with all stakeholders to ensure workplace inclusion of employees with disabilities.
