Course Description

Welcome to Disability Management Essentials! In this course, you will learn about the essentials of disability management, which can in turn increase your organization’s capacity to employ people with disabilities. By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the disability management knowledge, skills, and resources to create a more inclusive and supportive workplace for employees with disabilities.


Audience:

This program is designed for leaders, managers, and employers who want to enhance and increase their awareness and implementation of disability management programs and practices.

  • Identify the key objectives, principles, and components of effective disability management programs; and
