Dr.

Maria Hameed Khan

Maria Hameed Khan, PhD is an Industry Research Fellow with the Centre for Decent Work and Industry, QUT Business School, Queensland University of Technology. Her research interests focus on social inclusion, social inequalities, decent work perspectives and intersections of gender diversity, leadership, disability and neurodiversity. Maria is member of Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), has over a decade of experience in management consulting and HR across finance, healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit sectors. She is currently a member of the Executive team at Employer Branding Australia and her work focuses on understanding the employee experience and inclusive workplaces.

Dr. Assistant Professor

Mirit Grabarski

Mirit K. Grabarski, PhD (Organizational Behavior, Ivey Business School at Western University), is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Business Administration at Lakehead University, Canada. Her research interests are career development, positive organizational scholarship (empowerment and resilience), and diversity and inclusion. Her current projects explore organizational support for employee careers, such as diversity programs that remove barriers for career development. She has specific interest in neurodiversity, using a social model perspective, as well as in gender diversity, and workplace inclusion.
