Course Description
This webinar will focus on employer's viewpoints and perspectives on challenges in hiring and retaining workers with disabilities and an emphasis on the need for research into inclusive collaborative approaches that can make a difference.

Lynn Shaw PhD, OT(Reg)NS
Lynn Shaw is Professor and Director of the School of Occupational Therapy and the Assistant Dean of Citizenship in the Faculty of Health. Lynn is an Editorial Board member for the journal WORK and she researches and writes about issues related to work disparities in the contemporary world of work. She uses an occupational science lens to deepen and explore strategies to enhance work opportunities.
